Pejaten Dissolved, Leaders Promised New Micronational Project

AIMNN (04/04) – Pejaten Republic has declared its disbandment today afternoon (04/04). Notification on the disbandment was sent by leader Aaron Penyami to the General Assembly of the Association of Indonesian Micronations (AIM) yesterday (03/04).

On the dissolution declaration, Aaron declared that inactivity is the main reason of his decision to disband Pejaten. Aaron has long complained on the decline of Pejaten activities and citizens’ participation in national politics

Aaron also promised that he will form a new micronation to succeed the Pejaten Republic. He said that the preparation period will take place for several months, while June-August 2020 is the most probable time an establishment ceremony of the new micronation will take place.

Former Pejatenian identities and characteristics would not be used by the new nation project, exception on the historical artefacts, cultural system, demography, and language that would be preserved.

“Former Pejaten citizens that wishes to participate on the new nation project must register themselves,” Aaron concluded.

AIM Farewell with Pejaten

As the first community to receives news on Pejaten dissolution, AIM must once more bid farewell with one of its member state.

Excellent leader Theodorus Diaz expressed his gratitude to Pejaten on their contributions to the organisation, while Jomblonisme president Eri Septio wishes for the success of the transition as Aaron has planned.

“How sad to see Pejaten dissolved. We bid a good luck for ex-Pejaten citizens in pursuing their next endeavour,” wrote William Timothy of St. John during his farewell with Pejaten.

Pejaten membership status in AIM has also been revoked after the resolution on the revocation was passed during an emergency session of the General Assembly yesterday (03/04). Despite on that, Aaron still allowed to attend General Assembly sessions. A possibility to acccelerate Aaron’s new country membership application after its establishment is also in consideration.

Jomblonisme and Sofidelonia Accepted as AIM Full Members

AIMNN (03/04) – Socialist Democratic Republic of Jomblonisme and Confederation of the Kingdom of Sofidelonia has been accepted as full members of the Association of Indonesian Micronations (AIM) after full support expressed by the General Assembly on the assembly session yesterday (02/04).

Both member states has passed waiting period for full membership status attainment. Jomblonisme and Sofidelonia also has been judged to satisfy all other conditions that allowed them to request for the status.

After Jomblonisme accession as full member state, leader Eri Septio commented “Praise to God, it is a blessing from Him that we finally attain full membership status […] I hope AIM will always moving forward.” He also expressed his gratitude to all leaders and fellow members of AIM. Sofidelonian King Sean I also expressed his gratitude and commented that the accession is “a celebratable event.”

Jomblonisme is a socialist micronation founded in 2018 and located in East Kalimantan, while Sofidelonia is a confederal kingdom formed in 2019. Both countries has been the observer of the Association since January 2020. After the accession of both countries, AIM full members has become 9 member states.

Muqaddiman New Prime Minister Began First Week on Office

AIMNN (02/04) – Muqaddiman new prime minister, Moch Gandra Al-Ghazali, has began his first week on office, after his inauguration in front of the King, Abdullah Allero I, yesterday (01/04).

Moch Gandra appointment as the prime minister was made after the King impeached his predecessor, Moch Nabil, on 20 March. The royal intervention was done because of Moch Nabil bad working performance that resulted in public protest, especially after an allegation of corruption that further incited protests.

After the impeachment, the King decided to govern the country on his own temporarily, while preparing the country for the successor he already appoint beforehand. Moch Gandra already received the royal decree on his appointment in 21 March, yet his inauguration was only took place in 1 April yesterday, awaiting King’s approval for the ceremony to proceed.

Moch Gandra’s term as the prime minister will be judged on how he responds on the Covid-19 spread in his home country. Recently, Muqaddiman autority had closed the state border and restrict public activities to prevent the spread of the disease. These policies are expected to be continued by Moch Gandra.

Bengkuring City Disinfected to Prevent Covid-19 Spread

Bengkuring City (28/03) – Jomblonisme government had performed disinfectant spraying on its capital Bengkuring City and its surroundings, as authority alertness on Covid-19 outbreak began to rise significantly.

Spraying of disinfectant was performed yesterday (28/03) and involved Jomblonisme citizens. Beside on government premises, spraying was also performed in citizens dwellings located in Bengkuring City. After the spraying process finished, Jomblonisme government also distributed free hand sanitizer for the citizens.

Jomblonisme government decision to disinfect the city was done following a declaration on 17 March that the government has increased its alertness on Covid-19 outbreak outside the state territory. Beside Jomblonisme, Indonesian micronations such as Falalia and Excellent, had also performed similar actions to prevent the outbreak spoil to their country.

Muqaddiman Prime Minister Impeached by the King

AIMNN, 21/03 – King of Al-Muqaddimah Abdullah Allero I has issued an order to impeach the Prime Minister, Moch Nabil Ierfany from his office yesterday evening (20/03).

Prime Minister Moch Nabil was already condemned by citizens lately. He was perceived as incompetent because of his failures to realise his office agenda that was announced after his inauguration in June 2019. An accusation of corruption against him further emboldened citizens opposition on his rule.

The order was issued as the King “understand citizens’ concern and plead”, especially after a recent corruption accusation against Moch Nabil, that forcing the King to do more and pressured him to resign.

King’s decision on impeachment is the latest attempt on Royal intervention against the government after the deadlock caused by Moch Nabil reluctance to resign, despite declining popular support and various politicians has rescinded their support on him.

PM Accepted His Verdict

Moch Nabil is reported to finally bowed to pressure and accept King’s decision to impeach him from the office, after months of attempt to remain in office that caused government deadlock. Moch Nabil also agreed to resign immediately from the office.

Before the end of his rule, Moch Nabil has successfully finished the formulation of the new state constitution this week (18/03), and already received Royal assent.

Afterwards, the King is reported to already designate a name to become the future Muqaddiman prime minister that will begin working on 1 April.

AIM Experienced Most Membership Addition on a Day

AIMNN, 20/03 – Association of Indonesian Micronations (AIM) has experienced its most membership addition in a day, after 3 micronations is accepted to the organisation on the same day.

Today (20/03), AIM has accepted applications of the State of the Kingdom of Al-Muqaddimah, Kingship of Cutlavania, and United Republic of Helanesia as observer of the organisation.

The addition is the most on a day since the establishment of the organisation, since AIM annual average number of membership addition until now is only 5 members. Responding on the addition, Prince Tommy of Harjakarta said that the occassion “must be reported”.

AIM membership status are divided into two, which is the full membership and observership. Observer members automatically received the status after their entry to the organisation and the General Assembly. Observer has 3 months of transition period and must also satisfy several conditions to be able to receives full membership status.

Indonesian Micronations on High Alert as Covid-19 Outbreak Escalated

AIMNN (17/03) – Indonesian micronations are on high alert as Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia continues. Until today, Indonesia already recorded 172 positive cases with 5 deaths.

First positive case of Covid-19 in Indonesia was confirmed on 2 March 2020 in Depok, West Java, close to Berakistan dan Pejaten territory, and also Suwarnakarta Institute office.

King of Falalia Issues Public Order

King Muhammad I has issued a public order today (17/03) as response of the Covid-19 outbreak that occures close to Falalian region.

The decree ordered closure of schools, suspension of government and economic activities, and urges citizens to stay at home as a quarantine measure, especially to those unhealthy and prone to be infected by the virus.

A member of the royal family was reported to experience symptoms of Covid-19, which includes cough and fever. A quarantine of self-isolation was ordered upon the royal family member, which he complied.

Excellent on Alert

On this day also (17/03), Excellent government has issued a series of recommendations to combat the spread of Covid-19 to its citizens.

Excellent recommends its citizens to limit activities outside, to maintain health and cleanliness of all premises, and to use protective mask especially those with health issue.

Excellent capital, Mosswiss, was included on the region with significant threat of Covid-19 in Surakarta, Indonesia. Recently, the local government has issued an emergency decree and prohibiting public and mass activities, and also set a citywide lockdown since Friday (13/03).

Alertness on Other Micronations

St. John government previously declared a state of emergency last Sunday (15/03), thus prohibiting public and mass activities. St. John government yet allowed freedom on religious institutions to decide their own measures in religious premises, included to suspend activities or not. St. John government also distribute free hand sanitizers for all of its citizens.

Jomblonisme government also declared that their government already increased their alertness on the Covid-19 outbreak, despite there were no positive case until now in East Kalimantan, the location of the country.

Harjakarta Prince in Excellent for a Working Visit

EN3, Centinga, Echa – President of Excellent, Theodorus Diaz, has welcomed the Great Prince of Harjakarta, Narisworo I, on a working visit to the country today (11/03). Both leaders meeting was took place in the main hall of the Samjorta National University in Centinga, Excellent.

On the audience between both heads of states, President Diaz and Prince Narisworo had a discussion on various topics, which includes recent situation on Indonesian micronational movement, political thoughts, national economy and social, and also education policies of both countries.

Leaders of Excellent and Harjakarta both also expressed their commitment to be loyal to the Indonesian Republic and its Pancasila ideology, and also support the Association of Indonesian Micronations (AIM) effort to go public and introduce themselves to the wider Indonesian community. A commitment on cultural exchange and educational support between both countries was also made.

Before the departure of Prince Tommy, President Diaz expressed his hope for success on Prince Tommy future endeavour, in particular on his recent proposal to relocate the national capital. The proposal was hindered by lack of knowledge about Harjakarta among citizens, which was the result of a survey took place on last February (12/02).

Harjakarta Capital Relocation Plan Hindered by Survey Results on Knowledge about Nation

(Harjakarta) – Harjakartan Great Prince, Tommy Narisworo, recent plan to relocate Harjakartan capital to a new place is hindered by lack on knowledge about nation among Harjakartan citizens.

Beforehand (12/02), Harjakartan Statistics Commission (Kemantrenan Statistik Harjokarto) had held a nationwide survey on national and general knowledge, and citizens personal data, after an order from the Great Prince. The survey results will be used for consideration on future political, social, and economic decisions, which includes the proposed relocation of Harjakartan capital and claim on new regions.

Survey results published later showed that knowledge about Harjakarta had received lowest result from all data indicators, merely passing the threshold previously set by the commission. Other two indexes were deemed satisfactory.

The Great Prince expressed his disappointment on the lack of national knowledge among the citizens. He further explained that social and political issues that will affect the country may occur if capital relocation to a new landclaim proceed further.

Responding on the survey results, the Great Prince will consider establishment of new landclaims without relocation of the capital, and to plan a guideline and policy to strengthen citizens knowledge on Harjakarta.

Merapi Eruption, Excellent in Alert

EN-3 Mosswiss – Several territories of Excellent, Mosswiss, Echa, Nova Jokrtan, and Daffylandus, was affected by Merapi eruption occurred in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, this morning (03/03).

Excellent authority has issued an order for citizens to limit activities outside and to use sanitary masks to avoid dust inhalation. A rain later occurred on the evening has reduced air pollution caused by the eruption.
